The Print Factory project is public art by the Craft & Concept collective. The Print Factory brings printed matter to the public, and helps spur a conversation about print. We bring a demonstration of how the printing process works, and talk about how important the printed image has been to our society. Craft & Concept is located in Kansas City, but our printing presses go everywhere.

The Print Factory’s public art initiative took place from 2007 to 2014. Making a place for print artists to share the process and the product of their art, Print Factory organizers helped host many events across the country demonstrating the importance of the print, and collecting art.
